As Brits, we expected the hostal to be of similar quality as a hostal in UK ... ie not as good quality as an hotel. We have now been informed that the exact opposite is the case here in Spain ... perhaps the booking sites should mention that in their English sites. The only improvement we could suggest for the room would be another chair and a desk or table.

Clean, tidy property with a lovely pool. The owners are very friendly (French speaking). Very conveniently placed for onward travel. Very large commercial complex not far away, also the town has lots of bars and is very lively.

Such a magical trip, we were a large group (18 + a baby) but the staff at El Oasis were absolutely fabulous and always attentive, helpful & so sweet to us. Pepe & Maite were always available, helped us book taxis and made sure if we had any problems that they would help us as soon as possible (even though it was Easter!). We didn't have the best weather in Valencia but we all wished we stayed twice as long - even with the rain the Resort is as gorgeous as it is elegant, as relaxing as it is homely. I will absolutely be back & I'm looking forward to Paella with Pepe & Maite 💜
