Cabo Roig is an interesting place.

Cabo Roig is an interesting place. Absolutely stunning beaches and beautiful villas along the coast, surrounded by a load of Irish pubs and a motorway? Strange juxtaposition of worlds but we did our research and walked along the coast to nice restaurants, everything is very reasonably priced.

The Blue Luxury Apartment was in a great location for beaches, Cabo Roig strip and has a lovely view of the sea from the balcony. It is very well equipped and in a fabulous well maintained apartment block. The owner also provides a service for transfers to the airport and is a good guide for information on all the local areas. Marinasol is just around the corner for fabulous food and drinks with friendly service.

Lovely place to travel on your own or with family.

Lovely place to travel on your own or with family. It is not a clubbing holiday, more a relaxing holiday. Taxis are not cheap so choose the location of your hotel wisely. Must do the Salinas food and wine tasting, and visit the Torrevieja port at night. Also water sports are a must.

First time to Cabo Roig.It has a beautiful coastline with white sandy cove beaches.Lovely walk between marina Cabo Roig and Compomar marina.Has s few beachside restaurants.Approximately 40 mins walk to La Zenia boulevard for great shopping 150 shops.Felt like Ireland in the sun with numerous Irish bars and staff and many Irish residents.Live music in bars on the strip and flamenco shows some nights.Great variety of reasonable priced restaurants and several 3 course meals of the day for €12-€14.There is a local bus service and taxi service.Recommend Italian Puccinis Asian fusion,2 Chinese restaurants and all restaurants on strip.Market beside beach Thursday mornings have great selection of clothes, shoes, toys, bags and local food produce.Does not have an old town with typical Spanish square, mainly strip of shops, bars and restaurants.

Plethora of shops and restaurants impressive. Easy journey down to la Zenia and Saturday Market. Disappointed beach bars still not open though. Live music very good in the Bushwhacka and great food in the Delish Club.
