This is very much an off the beaten track hotel, set in a village of just 30 inhabitants... so really, really small. For the first time this trip (an 8 weeker, 6 weeks in) the 'check-in' time of 4pm meant just that. So when I arrived early (bad timing, my fault), I had to ride to the nearest town to kill a couple of hours. The hosts, mother and son are fabulous and Augustine is especially good with Google translate, it makes life so easy ;) Unbelievably, I was the only guest this night so chose not to have an evening meal, but breakfast covered all bases, sweet, savory, juice, coffee etc. etc.
