Centrally located which suited my purposes as it was near the rail station, ferry terminal and the city centre . It has a balcony which I found was helpful. The staff are to be commended for their polite ness and good manners. Also the receptionist helped prepare a packed breakfast as I had to leave early in the morning. This is exceptional service and was much appreciated.

Loris was extremely helpful, friendly, gave clear instructions on accessing door to property. The door lock to our room was not aligned properly, so had to pull door when trying to use key. After many attempts, he was able to give us code to room door, which worked great. He also called to confirm ferry was running despite heavy wind, gave eating recommendations. Great service!
