Very good location, in the centre of the city. Hotel staff were super nice. First stayed in one of the antique rooms, they are very noisy, but they swapped the rooms for us in no time.

Always a delight. We love this comfortable, old school hotel. Rooms, pool, restaurant, bar all excellent. Views of ocean and mountains divine. But it's the courteous, efficient and friendly staff, who do their utmost for guests, who make this place so inviting. AND the truly magnificent gardens. Try to register for a tour if possible. Beautiful and charming hotel in the heart of Icod. The location can't be beat. Walking distance to restaurants and a few shops. We had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The shower was wonderful with a rain shower head. Breakfast was exceptional that is laid out buffet style with eggs prepared for you if you wish. Wine, coffee, tea, water and a few snacks always available. They will prepare a picnic for you for a small fee should you need one for your day. Umbrellas and walking sticks also available for use. The staff is so friendly and helpful and goes out of their way to offer suggestions for things to do and to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Alua Tenerife is 300 metres from Playa Jardín and 10 minutes’ walk from Puerto de la Cruz. It has 2 outdoor pools a children and an adult one, a buffet restaurant and a free pitch and putt golf...
