The staff were polite and friendly. Housekeeping extremely efficient. Transparent, 'pervy' shower in the middle of the room was cool and unique! 😍 Their breakfast was horrible, no good options or any variety whatsoever, and no value for money. Bed was too low, mattrass lumpy and uncomfortable, plus bedsheets were ill-fitting. Limited choice of international T.V channels; mostly only Spanish ones. Neighbourhood of Móstoles, not the best location; a bit far from central Madrid.AAnonymousUnited Arab Emirates

The weather was atrocious........heavy heavy rain which made travelling difficult and as our GPS system had great difficulty in accepting the hotel's address we couldn't find it at all but we stumbled across an English Language School that gave us great directions.!!. We didn't go out that evening because of the weather so couldn't comment on the neighbourhood but on leaving the next morning it appeared to be a bit industrial.

Spacious top floor 2 bedroom apartment 300m from Mostoles train station, 25 minutes into Madrid on a frequent service. Shops and supermarkets in close walking distance. Comfortable beds, good shower, well equipped kitchen. Good option if you’re driving and don’t want to drive into Madrid.

The staff are very welcoming and I should like to mention Raul and Pao (maybe the spelling is wrong here?) who were especially friendly and attentive.
