We definitely would go back and recommend to anyone travelling in extremadura. The space is clean, well curated with a beautiful view and lots of privacy. Waking up and having breakfast on such a peaceful hill was just the dream. The host was extremely caring and helpful. We are traveling by bike and they helped us out with a little problem we had, highly appreciated. Additionally the place is along the way of the Camino de Guadalupe.
Featuring air-conditioned rooms with a mountain view, Hostal Altamira Guadalupe is located in the village of Guadalupe. The property has a bar and restaurant with home-made meals.

The location was great for visits to the main square and the cathedral. Breakfast is available in the restaurant below. It was basic but enjoyable. This is a hostel so don't expect too much but the interior is modern and clean. Great for one night stop over.
