Staff are outstanding. I was watching carefully, their training, attention to detail. Whoever does the hiring, training and team management should be thrilled. Incredible work guys

Hospitality of the owners is extremely exceptional, staff super friendly and service incredibly high quality. Restaurant atmosphere and the food are surprisingly perfect, compared to the many visited places from Santiago de Compostela , Pontevedra , Vigo and a lot more…
Hotel is super clean and every detail is made with love.

The farmhouse setting was beautiful. When we asked for a fan and more towels they came out within a few hours to us.
This emblematic 16th-century building was a former place of leisure of the bishops of Santiago de Compostela.

This is off the Camino - it took me about 15 minutes walk from the path. But it is a gorgeous, luxurious 16th century building that was converted into a hotel. It cost more than I typically spend on the Camino, but it was such a treat. The restaurant is fine dining - again, not what I usually have on the Camino. But the salmon and scallop dinner was really delicious. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. I had a wonderful stay here.

O Sisto is well-situated to explore Galicia as it is very central with easy access to the main motorway running from north to south. There are limited facilities in O Sisto itself which is in effect a cluster of houses but there was a restaurant within walking distance of the guest house and the nearest supermarket 10-15 minutes away by car. The guest house itself is relaxed and friendly with an individually-prepared breakfast including home-made and fresh produce and a self-serve bar and snack area, amply outside seating and clothes drying area. The couple running the guest house ran a wash in their own washing machine and hung the clothes outside for us! One half of the couple is local to the area and provided us with a daily tour as well as lots of information about the local area and Galicia Region.
