The beds were very comfortable, although the pillows were a bit spongy. The shower was magnificent and we had a balcony with an amazing view of the rolling countryside. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming.

Great location and easy parking on the road opposite. The room was warm and comfortable. The Plaza Mayor very nearby is lively and lots of options for food. We visited the convent of Santo Domingo which was interesting.
Ocaña is a good stop if you are travelling south as it is close to the motorwa.

A lovely place to stay at. I quite often visit Aranjuez and also try to book a room at El Cocherón. It has a soul! you can feel a personal touch in there. Besides, it's in a really convenient place, just 5min away from the town centre as well as the royal garden.

It's obviously not a Parador but way more comfortable and personal. Staff were super friendly and efficient. Great location for a halfway stopover between Santander and Malaga with easy access.
Used GPS to locate the hotel and went straight to it.
Used GPS to locate the hotel and went straight to it. Hotel entrance door was locked, way in was round the side through the bar/restaurant. Reception staff were efficient, as were the bar staff, all in all a pleasant stay.

The hotel was just an overnight stay because I was buying a motorbike in Madrid. It was just the right distance to/from the city to be able to drive into metropolis the following morning & get away in the evening allowing for a reasonably early start on return journey south. When I did drive through the actual town, on the Saturday night because we turned off too early, it looked quite an interesting place though totally "local" (non-touristy). But there's lots of one-way streets and it's easy to get lost if you're just trying to find your way back onto main road! (Ocana, the town slightly further south, is bigger and probably had more facilities/opportunities.)
We loved the location, perfect for heading through Spain.
The hotel was exactly as we expected, simple, with plenty of parking, large clean rooms.
The staff were all really helpful.
The tapas in the bar were delicious and great value. The tortilla was the best we had tasted on our trip.
It felt like real Spain, the restaurant closed at 16:00, but it didn't matter. There was also a selection of regional produce to buy as well.
Really nice hotel, truckers stop I guess but I was a solo motorcyclist travelling around Europe.
There's covered parking, big comfortable rooms, air con.
But where it excels are the staff.
Really friendly and happy to make you a great and reasonably priced dinner too.
What a pleasant surprise as I was just needing a bed near my route as it was far too hot to camp!
Value for money, as we only wanted a pit stop on the route south. Basically a truck stop hotel, but the room was very clean and comfortable. We ate in the bar as it was Sunday and the restaurant only opened for lunch that day. Food good, and some of the best croquettes I’ve tasted. It’s worth stopping just for them!
ideal place to stay when traveling north to south are other way round as situated on A4 but shielded from traffic noise and hotel and cafe open 24/7 and during winter have a large wood fire to sit near. Rooms are nice and spacious with good sized bathrooms with a bath and beds very comfortable.
Excellent break in a long journey, arrived late and left early. The restaurant was closed when I arrived so I ate in the bar, the food was simple but very tasty and good value for money. I will certainly use this hotel again.
