staff were happy to put extra mattress on my bed to enable me to get in/out with ease, but my return visit they had forgotten to do this, but sorted the issue out promptly, nice and clean room/linen and mattress spotless, able to regulate heat in room brilliant, it was lovely and quiet with a nice view, i had a very good sleep
