Didn't ultimately get to stay in this property as it hadn't opened for the season yet (low occupancy). However, was transferred to a sister hotel - Alua Soul Menorca - which was just down the road and absolutely superb. Stunning location, beautiful room and great food in the hotel. Would love to stay again. We had a rental car and it was easy to park in the car park behind the Alua Illa de Menorca.

The whole hotel is stunning.. full of original features and tastefully decorated. The courtyard where you can eat breakfast is so special. Sit amongst the citrus trees and chandeliers and relax!
The breakfast food was excellent. We enjoyed having options to try the local food.
The staff are all very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. We would definitely return.

The resort is small with 4 restaurants 3 supermarket/ souvenir shops 2 small playgrounds,a coffee shop and a pharmacy. There is a small market every few days It has a nice beach and some walks which are ok- if you avoid the dog poo on the cliff walk to the next bay There is an hourly bus service to the main town MAO (30 mins) which is well worth a visit and a tourist road train between two bays which goes past a water parkCarlton13Ireland - 10Scored 10

It's a nice little village on the sea, mainly with hotels and apartments. There's a sandy beach with facilities and baywatch. There's a few restaurants around the beach and a supermarket. Spacious comfortable apartment with excellent housekeeping and an unbeatable view of the sea from the terrace. A stone's throw from the beach. The town really looks after it's beach as there were workers cleaning it early every morning - litter picking and metal detecting for possible sharp objects like bottle tops I'm guessing. A really nice place for a family to stay. Possibly quieter than other resorts but it's the first time I've been to Menorca so can't say that with absolute certainty.

We visited 5 different locations in Menorca and this was the most disappointing. The city is completely fake, build just for German tourists. Won't go back and would advise to spend money and time elsewhere. Menorca has much better to offer than Punta Prima!

If you are looking for ultra modern, probably not for you but for the money it has everything you need and more. Great value and great for 2 families (like us) 1 can have the pool house and one the main villa. Loved how close it was to punta prima and we were only a quick bus ride away from mahon. The airport is about 10-15 minutes away. The pool is fantastic and kept well maintained. No housekeeping but there were plenty of spare towels.
