Protur Vista Badia, hotel in Sa Coma

Situated just 700 metres from Sa Coma Beach, Protur Vista Badia features accommodation in Sa Coma with access to a fitness centre, free bikes, as well as full-day security.

Well positioned hotel that doesn’t feel too large but has everything you need for a family (8&12). Spotlessly clean rooms and facilities. Welcoming, friendly, attentive staff. Nothing is too much trouble. If you need something or spot something that isn’t quite right, they’ll sort it. Best hotel staff I’ve encountered - reception, bar, restaurant, cleaning, hotel manager all wonderful. Select apartment with jacuzzi is superb. Loungers on large balcony are a nice touch, as is Cava and water in fridge on arrival and pool towels. Room ready on arrival (11am but first week of season opening) and available until leaving Big pool, access to lots of sports and activities at offsite (3 mins) clubhouse and sister hotels. All inclusive drinks and food is fairly standard for this type of hotel. Indoor pool is a plus. Bars and indoor/ outdoor lounge areas great. Back entrance of hotel takes you to town and beach in less than 5 minutes. Big supermarket less than 5 mins away. Felt safe, secure and very enjoyable for a mummy travelling with two children. Second visit and will return. I’ve stayed in 3 or 4 Protur hotels and this is easily the best and most suited to us.

Plenty of shops and restaurants are decently priced but the beach beds and umbrellas are really expensive in Sa Coma 35 euros for two beds and one umbrella. Spar in Cala Milor is incredibly overpriced.

    This location is really good.

This location is really good. We found some very good restaurants on the beach. The main thing is the location on the east coast: beautiful roads leaf in all directions to beat by beaches and sights. Absolutely stunning. Much, much better than our first location during this trip Santa Ponsa. Santa Ponsa is no good and feels way more tacky. The location is great for days out. Absolutely: rent a car when visiting Mallorca. Its the only way to travel. Also: make it a small car. Many roads are extremely narrow! High season on Mallorca was shocking. I will never go back during high season. The crowds really ruined it for us. No parki g, no place on the beach, constant standing in line. Come before middle of june or after 1st of September.

I love Sa Coma, it’s not over built and is generally flat so great for walks, runs, buggy pushing, wheelchairs etc the beach is lovely, shallow in parts so good for little ones to paddle with adults Great supermarket with everything you will need Shops and restaurants are lovely, various prices depending on what you fancy but something for everyone A lovely relaxing holiday if you want it to be or if you want to frequent the drinking establishments all night you can as there’s plenty there and around the surrounding areas 🥂🍻🍹🍾 Lots of activities available - saw loads of hot air balloons early morning and early evening There is something for everyone - enjoy

The best of Sa Coma is the crystal clear water and fine white sand. The nearby protected landscape is great for running in the morning. The location itself is just an agglomeration of hotels without any real village or shopping area. So, a rental car is highly recommended to visit other places.

The beach is nice, sandy but crowded.

The beach is nice, sandy but crowded. The water is clear and sometimes there are small waves. There are quite a few restaurants but nothing very fancy. Don't expect romantic dinners by the sea. It's more family oriented. Also no night life if you are into that.

Great for a family who just want to chill out and spend time together. Although the food was t great, I will still recommend booking all inclusive as there are not many restaurants close by. We loved all the swimming pools, the kids pool and the shows in the evening. The beach is fantastic too. I think this is pretty much the best hotel in this area.

You are warmly welcomed and the hotel is really inviting! The whole staff, from manager to receptionists to waitress and facility workers are all very friendly and helpful, you feel a positive atmosphere all over the place. The hotel is located a 2 min walk from the beach, we found it great so that you do not have any noisy disturbances. The breakfast is delicious! To specially mention the mallorquinean specialties corner, just fantastic! The hotel offers a comfortable pool with bar area!

Very good location, two-minutes walk to the beach. Sa Coma is one of the quieter locations in Mallorca. Modern and clean hotel. Every room has orientation towards the sea. Rooms are spacious with a living room. Enough storage for your clothes, suitcase etc. The real highlight of this hotel was the food. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, everything very excellent, high quality ingredients even live grill where a cook prepared fish or meat as per your order. Friendly staff at the reception.

I loved the location ( very close to the beach) and I loved the kids club ( maxi club). The crew from the kids club was amazing, very friendly people, hard working and great with kids. My little one went to the club every morning and she loved the mini disco every evening and the show after it. We didn't go anywhere else on the island because the was a lot of entertainment in Sa Coma, particularly in the hotel. I would love to go back there. I recommend it.

There is also Spa with sauna and inner pool as well as the hotel main pool.

The beach at Sa Coma is gorgeous - white, soft sand and turquoise-coloured water. The hotel is very easy walking distance to the beach and our room's terrace overlooked the beach with a nice terrace. The pool area of the hotel is fabulous! The coach from Palma that goes to Sa Coma (401) takes 90 mins, is very cheap (only €5), comfortable, air-conditioned and the bust stop is only a few minutes walk from the hotel. Very convenient.
