Very nice rooms, the breakfast was very complete, and it's a nice area to travel by car to different beaches in Costa Brava. Monells is a nice town to see, as many other medieval towns in the area, and it only takes you an hour.

I liked the location of the hotel. The room is very spacious. Very attentive hotel owner/employee. There is a place to park your car for free close to the hotel. The breakfast is really good and it is served in good quantity, and it is prepared/served by the owner/employee ("pre-assembled" individually for the guests in the room, it is not self-service). If you want to repeat something you have to ask. The problem is that people may not always want to eat all the items that are served, on the other hand this avoids waste preparing a lot of food that may not be consumed. My suggestion: ask guests if they have any restrictions/preference with any of the items they will have for breakfast and if so, replace the item by another, or increase another portion, etc.

The location is exceptional, a dream! Also the breakfast is amazing. No need for lunch afterwards. We also took dinner, which was also exceptionally good! A great chef. CAN FELIP is superb accommodation in the heart of Monells. The whole renovation of the property has been done with style and thoughtfulness to keep the character of the building while providing up to date facilities. We had two very comfortable nights there. Everything is available to guests including a washing machine. The town square with a very good restaurant is only twenty metres away.

Juan was such an accommodating host and was so helpful including setting up extra beds for our large family! The villa was beautiful with rustic features yet with modern aspects too. Spacious and very well maintained throughout our stay. We were sent links to days out, lots of advice and taught us history and gave us local information. The area is quite remote which we loved for our family. Very accommodating for all ages with activities in the villa, plenty to do!
