Super comfortable, relaxing, quiet and charming. Warm delicious Breakfast was provided even tho I had to leave at 5am to catch a flight. The host was very tentative and caring and went above and beyond with the service and communication and hospitality. I loved the art decor and wish I had more time to thoroughly enjoy the place more. Not much to be honest. It was clean , the shower was good and the restaurant staff were lovely but how I felt it was quite basic which was unexpected and disappointing

Didn't ultimately get to stay in this property as it hadn't opened for the season yet (low occupancy). However, was transferred to a sister hotel - Alua Soul Menorca - which was just down the road and absolutely superb. Stunning location, beautiful room and great food in the hotel. Would love to stay again. We had a rental car and it was easy to park in the car park behind the Alua Illa de Menorca.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptional and the service was outstanding. The room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The complimentary snacks and drinks available in the lobby bar felt incredibly generous and were much appreciated. Amazing selection of food at breakfast.
