Beautifully appointed. The concept of the establishment is superb. The old Estate house has been sympathetically restored using materials that reflect the age and importance of the original. Carlos is a welcoming and gracious host. It has been a delight to stay at this property. When I’m back in Spain I will revisit Santa Carolina just for the opportunity to stay here again.

What a little bit if luxury, when on the Camino. Modern bathroom, great shower. Lovely big double bed, staff so helpful, and friendly the lady that checked me in had lived in Aus so had good understanding of English.
