Very unpleasant stay. Poor quality room, no soundproofing - guest from room upstairs watched TV from midnight till 02-00 am on full volume. Reception is aware of issue but still refused to change the room. Breakfast is very poor quality

The hotel is really nice, with clean and spacious rooms, well furnished. There is tea and coffee machine in the room, which was very helpful not to drink terrible coffee in the restaurant and a mini fridge. A small pool in the spa and sauna, although the sauna was chilly.
Well, the girls at the front desk were friendly, but it wasn’t all perfect. At my request they brought an iron and very quickly.

The location was wonderful. Casteldefells is pretty good connected to Barcelona and airport, and the bus stops are really close to the hotel.The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast at Hotel 153 (sister hotel) was really good. WiFi's performance was fairly good. Balcony with an open space across is a big advantage.
Facing onto Castelldefels Beach, the 4-star Hotel Playafels has a swimming pool with beach access. Its attractive rooms have air conditioning, and some have sea views and balconies.

We had an wonderful stay. We were suprised with room 1007 (the tower), best yet. Very private and cozy and we had an amazing time with a private mini roof area to relax if you don't want to go out to tan.
Breakfast was good with a nice variety, beaches to the left and right are great along the promenade, and with a nice walk we found an amazing little place Chiringuito Blanquito..
