It is a very comfortable house, with a laundry room, a nice sofa, they come clean the house almost daily which is amazing and also bring fresh towels! The vecindario area is very windy so it's great if you are a surfer, and if you want to go to some of the most popular sunny beaches it only takes a 15 minute car ride

I and my family had an incredible experience renting this apartment. The location was perfect, and it had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The apartment was very clean and well-maintained, and the landlord was very responsive to any questions we had. We also appreciated the security features of the building, which made us feel safe during our stay. The apartment had plenty of natural light and the amenities provided exceeded our expectations. Ángel was really responsive, sending lots of details about the area including taxi numbers, restaurant recommendations. The apartment is lovely and spotless. The apartment is fully kitted out with new appliances. The area is very local but peaceful and quiet and the locals all wave and say good day. All in all, I'd really recommend Angels apartment.

Breakfast was the best.
Breakfast was the best. There was nothing caused us any issues. We ate in the hotel and the food was good value for money. The shopping centre next door is well worth a visit, with loads of big name shops.

Elba is clos to the airport and the big shopping center at Vecendario. It is a nice town with many wind mills, hundreds, because it is indeed the windiest spot in Gran Canaria. Windmills to produce MegaWatts hundreds of them every hour.. all year round. Vecindario is easy town.

The town is quite large and has various centers including a large shopping mall. Quite a large area of the town is in the process of either being developed or redeveloped. We found that although there were many restaurants several were closed, those open often offered limited choice - kebab and pizza were king and of course McDonalds. The position of the town ( provided you have transport ) is great for exploring the interior and its location on the motorway provide quick access to both north and south of the island. The kitchen was fully equipped including washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, microwave and toaster. The double bedroom has an ensuite and the 2 other bedrooms are spacious and share a communal shower room/toilet. The apartment was clean but a little tired although this is reflected in the price. Enjoyed working on the balcony and dinning on outside. The rooms is fully equipped, the only thing missing is the washing machine. The staff are very nice.
