The hotel was ideally located on the edge of Olaberria and very close to Beasain. The nearest train station was only a 15/20 minute walk away in Beasain. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful. The room was a good size and had decent sized bathroom too. Plenty of storage space for clothes & bags. The carpark was a good size always plenty of spaces free. The onsite bar/cafe was good and the food was nice. We didn't venture into Olaberria (in hindsight that was a mistake) but we did go out in then evenings into Beasain which had a lots of little bars serving great Pintxo! All in all a great place to stay for exploring that area of the Basque region.

I recently stayed at Hotel Ordizia for three nights and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the hotel left a favorable impression with its exceptionally clean rooms and convenient location that made exploring other cities hassle-free. The staff, particularly at the restaurant, were friendly and attentive, adding a warm touch to my meals.
However, the dining options were somewhat disappointing. While the food quality was decent, the limited menu choices left something to be desired. It would be great if the hotel could expand its offerings to cater to various tastes and preferences.
Overall, my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, with room for improvement in the food selection. If the hotel can enhance its dining options, it would significantly elevate the overall experience for guests.
