Excellent communication prior to our visit and welcome on arrival. We enjoyed again the rural setting, views, quiet courtyard where we could have a drink and read/play games.

The room was clean, comfortable, and big. The bathroom was clean. Every day was cleaning. The hotel location is perfect if you have car. The staff was kind, and helpful. I would like to mention the owner of the hotel who helped with the service in the morning. He was very attentive.

The hotel was absolutely fabulous. It was clean, chic and very much like a boutique retreat. Our room number 5 was amazing and smart as was the large bathroom with walk in shower, Breakfast was a good selection. Dining room had amzaing views too. The lady called Noellia on reception was extremely helpful and friendly. We were attending a birthday weekend at a nearby property and it was perfect.

Excellent spread for breakfast. Eggs cooked to order and the coffee is good. Very clean, spacious room, with some good additions such as x shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush, combe etc. Great location and near (not too near)to the station. Which we used to ho to Granada.

Booked on Sunday afternoon. When we arrived no one seemed to know we were coming but eventually booked us in.
Hotel was very authe0ntic and downstairs was nice. The bedrooms however were dire.
Smell of sewage in the bathroom was sickening, toilet seat broken as was the toilet roll holder. No surface to put toiletries and no free toiletries apart from a soap dispenser on the wall. Wardrobe has a shelf which wouldn’t even take a medium bag.Only attached at both ends so not stable at all. Same with the rail for clothes. Very unstable and bendy.
The room they gave us was above the hotel air con units etc. Impossible to sleep.
The hotel was closed in Monday and Tuesday, we were given a key for the front door. We were asked in the booking if we would like breakfast, we paid for this too. The original booking in booking m. Com was €60 per night, two nights would be €120. As we asked for breakfast it was increased to €137. After we paid we realised that we had been charged €160. Next morning we asked about breakfast but no one seemed to know about this. Eventually a man came and unlocked the bar, asked us if we wanted jam and butter on our toast, cheese and tomatoes or ham. Not the breakfast we expected. We were given a toasted bun and half a cup of tea. The next morning we did not ask for breakfast as the toast would have been even more stale than the first day.
Why did they take our booking when they were closed for the days we were there.
This is the worst place we have been to through booking. Com and would like a full refund please. Absolutely terrible experience. No lift either.
Will not be going there again.
