The location is nice. It's quiet, very secluded, basically in the middle of nowhere, you're surrounded by forests, yes there's some neighboring properties but they're far away enough to not burden your senses.
The masonry fireplace keeps the place at about 23 in the dead of winter. It does get a bit stuffy in the attic bedroom though.
It's small and cosy.
You have a firewood shed out the front full of wood.
