Gorgeous one bed gite in an old stone farmhouse in the middle of beautiful countryside.
Émilie the owner was very friendly and helpful, the gite was very comfortable and had lovely places to sit outside and admire the stunning views. We found it incredibly peaceful and relaxing.
The most lovely part of it was a sweet goat who was so friendly and followed us everywhere and lay down for a sleep in the garden with us. Émilie also had ponies, chickens, a cat and very friendly dog so if like us, you love animals, you will love it here.

Rudelle was handed over to us by Christophe. It was the only time we saw Christophe and tried to find him to thank him when we left but he was presumably busy with the grape harvest.
The house was immaculately clean and had everything you could possibly need. There were so many extra little touches including a lovely welcome pack (the wine from the vineyard was delicious).
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the middle of the vineyards. Unfortunately we couldn't control the occasional rain showers although we were able to enjoy the sun at other times sitting out in the garden watching the sun go down several evenings and eating outside was lovely. There honestly wasn't anything we didn't like.
We highly recommend booking Rudelle. We will always remember our stay there!

The hosts Jonathan and Bernadette were amazing. Very accommodating and made our short stay a pleasure. The house and the grounds were lovely and relaxing after a long journey. The downstairs room was suitable for the less mobile. We will definitely try to stay again. Jonathan recommended and made us a booking for a local restaurant that was also very good.

The location is stunning and the property lovely with 270 degree views. Our host Charmaine left a welcome basket for us which was very thoughtful and gratefully received. It is so peaceful, we had booked for 3 nights and were lucky we could stay an extra night. Locally there are some gorgeous villages and vineyards to explore. A little piece of heaven.
