Loved the family rooms. Separate little room through an arch with twin beds in. Great facilities for the kids and an excellent restaurant/ breakfast. Big walk down to annecy town and we just popped on the bus on the way back. Perfect stop over for large group with kids aged 7-14.

Location very close to railway station and 10 minute walk to old town. Breakfast choice was extensive and of a high quality.
Garden was useful and all the staff were helpful and willing to accommodate any requirements and solve minor problems with the safe!

Stay elsewhere if you are intending to visit Annecy or other attractions in the area. It's a business park area. Good location for the trucker, salesperson or any person in business. But not ideal for the happy traveller.

We could hear everything in the hallway. Toilets and showers were not clean at all. The day of the check out 1 hour before we got locked out of our room the code to enter the room was no longer working.
