The hosts: Beryl & Gareth have been the perfect hosts, they are extremely kind and friendly and could not do enough for us as their guests. From the moment we arrived, Beryl was there via text if we had any questions and nothing was too much. They was even kind enough to order us our gender reveal cannons which we was not allowed to bring with us due to explosive legislations with Ryanair! Thank you so much! Upon arrival, there was a lovely welcome pack of cheeses, salamis, fresh eggs and bread which was very appreciated! The Gite: Beautiful property with beautiful surroundings! Peaceful and private with everything you need! One of the top features for me was the river that runs besides the property - you can open the bedroom window and listen to the water flowing by whilst relaxing in bed. Alongside this, you can also sit outside eating your breakfast listening to the river and birds chirping. If you are looking for peace and tranquility, this is the property for you! Facilities: the property has everything a family needs! The pool area is gorgeous and all floats are provided, there is a bbq with plenty of seating area in and out of shade. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are planning on returning next year with more family members. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Really was the most beautiful place we have ever stayed. Just perfect, kids loved the animals, Denise and Trevor were just lovely, so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was perfect. Perfectly clean and beautiful inside and out. The room was lovely and the beds were really comfortable. Would highly recommend. Already looking forward to going back.

The owners are a lovely couple very helpful and excellent hosts. The en suite bathroom was fantastic.

Lovely setting close to shore of Lac St Pardoux near Limoges, very French and charming gite, run by an English couple. Friendly and helpful. Very comfortable rooms done out to a high standard. Basic but good breakfast. Gave us a little flavour of France in between stays at more modern, less characterful hotels.
