When I arrived at 16:30 the Hotel was closed. There was a group of people having a private party in the Hotel garden and they explained in their best English that the owner would be opening the Hotel later, so I had to wait. I waited until 18:00 and then spotted a small sign in French on the main Hotel door, which advised to call the number quoted. My fault I guess, since I could have called it much earlier but my French is quite poor. Having made the call the owner arrived within a few minutes. So, if you arrive and the Hotel is closed, just call the number and the owner will be with you very quickly.
The room was clean, bed was very comfortable. Cooling fan, but no AC. No fridge in the room.
Restaurant was not busy and the food was excellent. Too much food actually, but we'll prepared and cooked.

Overestimated price of the room and breakfast.
The possibility to separate beds was allowed only if we pay 40 eur directly there. Very strange.
It was clean and the room was OK.
The hotel is ideally located in a haven of greenery far from the noise and yet with a convenient access from the motorway and only 20 minutes from Toulouse.

We stayed here as we were collecting a motor home the next day. The owners were very pleasant and accommodating offering us a choice of room. they even offered to book us a table at one of the local restaurants. our room was spacious and comfortable for a family of two adults and two children.
