Chateau Haut-Clarise is in a beautiful and peaceful countryside location surrounded by vineyards. Our room was well appointed and nicely decorated with a very interior design. Our host, Julian, was amazing - nothing was too much trouble and he went out of his way to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. As the weather was good on the first morning, Julian set up breakfast outside on the patio with amazing views. On the second morning weather was not so warm so he did a special breakfast for us inside. He also provided great advice on where to visit in the area. Saint Emilion is a must for anyone visiting this region. We would highly recommend this property.

Showed up at Hotel to find the establishment was CLOSED !!!! No one was around....even rang the service bell at the back of the Hotel and got no answer
