There’s genuinely nothing to fault. Miriam and Claude were incredibly welcoming, the setting is gorgeous and the 16th century house comfortable and charming. We enjoyed crémant in the hot tub and a delicious home cooked meal with the sunset. It’s easy to find and nestled in a tranquil corner of the Loire which is still easily accessible from Angers. We will surely be back.

Beautiful relaxing stay. Owner was very pleasant and welcoming. Large family loft room was ideal for our family of 6. Excellent self catering facilities. Only stayed for one night but would have liked to have stayed for a few more days. Owner produces a nice range of wines - Wine tasting was a nice bonus. Highly recommended

Well equipped and maintained, Le Mouton is ideally situated for a stop-off between the Channel and points further South. It also offers a tranquil setting for a few days in the countryside, enjoying the Loire area. Our hosts couldn.t have been more welcoming and the food and wine were excellent
