If the weather is good, you can walk by the river. Place is directly next to the river! And there is a big parking area so no problems. Host was exceptional! Design of the rooms were nice. Cleanliness is awesome. Breakfast is regular French breakfast, (don't expect protein if you are a protein maniac like me) but with a touch of personal flair. Everything is prepared by the host alone. My 8 year old daughter loved the upstairs. And view of the room was also very nice.

One bed apartment with more than enough room for a solo traveller. It was warm, and well appointed. A small kitchenette had enough gear to make a small meal or a have a brew. Coffee jar was empty though!

The young Black waitress was exceptionally efficient and kind. The tall man who received me in the dining room was scowling and unfriendly, until I said I was a guest at the hotel. He should not have acted suspicious, as though I were trying to steal something.
Our host was very helpful and polite. Rooms were immaculate. Lovely food in the restaurant. All in all, we were made to feel very welcome. I would recommend this hotel.
