I have stayed here twice in the past month. On both occasions, the room was excellent. The staff were friendly. On the first occasion, we had a really excellent meal.

Given the high temperatures (well above 40 degrees) the swimming pool (set in well maintained garden) was a nice bonus.
Pierre is a friendly host and has a good set of suggestions for diner in the neighbourhood.
Pancakes at breakfast are a plus.

Was a very very beautiful place, me and my buddy are doing a 10 day motorcycle tour and this was our second stop really faultless. Beautiful bathroom, remote control ceiling fans in every room was brilliant. Also the bonus for the bikes was secure parking!
Chambres d'Hôtes Le Bourdieu is located in Soulignac, just a 15-minute drive from Cerons and its train station. It is a stone house with a library and views of the vineyards.

The hosts were very welcoming & friendly. Dominique is a marvellous chef & cooked us the most amazing meal. We had a very enjoyable evening with our hosts
The proprietress was very pleasant and helpful. The accommodation was private and relaxed. It was a reasonable walk or a bike ride from Cadillac, which is a quiet and sophisticated 'Bastide' country town.
The mansion has many assets : lots of place, nice rooms, cosy corners outside and inside, quiet, secluded, well situated at the edge of lively Cadillac.
