Location to the centre and train station for the RER. Got upgraded to an apartment with a double bed and a sofa bed. For the size of the apartment there isn’t enough plugs to charge your appliances. Loved that the bathroom was separate to the toilet. Quite thin walls and could hear others tv on quite late at night. Free parking outside the hotel so saved 5€ a night. Didn’t get to use the swimming pool but looked clean enough.

Overall, everything was great, a very modern hotel with a nice design. I want to give a special mention to the SitizenM staff, particularly the girl who assisted us with the check-in process. It was her first day on the job, and she was very polite and helpful. I wish her all the best in her new role. This was my first time staying at SitizenM, and I was very satisfied. I also appreciate the fact that the bar was open at night. This hotel is in front of La Defence Arena. And that was the reason why I chose it.

We had booked 3 rooms and when we checked in we found out that two were on one floor and the 3rd on another. The manager on duty worked to get us all on the same floor. That was very nice of him. The 21euro breakfast was worth every cent!

Lovely building and rooms, felt like a boutique hotel. Welcoming and beautifully decorated reception with complimentary croissants and drinks on arrival. Helpful staff. We were upgraded to a superior room which had a lovely view of the Main Street and the top of the Eiffel Tower in the distance. Nice amenities, comfy bed, strong powerful shower, clean. Had a safe in the room and also a fridge plus an excellent tea and coffee machine.
