Excellent reception by the owner, very friendly and professional. The room was modern, yet in keeping with the tradtional building, giving a contmepory and stylish interior. The restautarnt and its staff were superb and of the highest quality whislt not being stuffy at all.

Le Petit Cochon is a big old house in heart of the bastide village of Valence-sur-Baïse, which is an ideal base for exploring Gascony. We were bowled over by the warm welcome Saskia & Andrew gave us and left feeling we had met new friends. They pulled out all the stops to ensure our time in their B&B was perfect - no detail was overlooked and there really nothing more they could have done. The beds were very comfy and the whole place was spotlessly clean. The garden to the back is an oasis of delight and we enjoyed sitting looking out onto the countryside. Breakfast was tailored to our request and always sumptuous - delicious eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes, pastries, jams one morning; fresh breads and meats and cheeses and luscious local melon another. Teas and coffees and homemade treats were always forthcoming. The hosts are very knowledgeable and passionate about the local area and really helped us with our explorations. Thank you so much!

It truly exceeded our expectations and left us with memories we'll cherish forever. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a sense of tranquility that enveloped the entire property. The location was incredibly peaceful, providing the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life in Geneva. Surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty, we were able to truly relax and unwind. One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the magnificent swimming pool. We spent countless hours lounging by the poolside, soaking up the sun, and enjoying refreshing dips to beat the summer heat. It was an absolute oasis, and we couldn't have asked for a more picturesque setting to create lasting memories. And let's not forget the bedroom, the master suite boasted an enormous room with bed that was truly a dream to sleep on. The plush bedding, coupled with the serene atmosphere of the room, made it a haven of comfort. We woke up each morning feeling rejuvenated and ready to embrace the day's adventures. The hosts, Amanda and Justin, were exceptional in ensuring our stay was nothing short of perfect. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcome and provided us with invaluable recommendations for local attractions and hidden gems. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality made us feel right at home. Each morning, we were treated to a scrumptious spread of local baked pastries, seasonal fruits, with almanac infused honey and free range eggs from their garden! Amanda and Justin, our stay at Mulé was truly an escape to paradise! We hope to stay there again soon. We can't recommend it enough anyones future travels.

The location was lovely..very quiet, peaceful and relaxing. It is a lovely village, with a nice walk, Our hosts were charming and the bedroom large, very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed a small, family run restaurant on two occasions for a light meal. There is a local shop, fuel station and some small shops. We liked the free parking right next door to the hotel. The hotel had a very private, clean swimming pool and seating area. The garden is very pretty and private, with a gate to the village.

From outside you may not go in but the room where exceeding our expectations. New and super clean. Very nice person. Super breakfast

The location was great in the main street of the village and I had a lovely lunch at the restaurant.
