Madame was very friendly and helpful - and booked a reservation for us for our evening meal in the nearby town. Our room was very comfortable and breakfast was delicious. A really convenient and charming stop off, close to the autoroute.

The beds and the bed linen were exceptional, a real feeling of luxury and very comfortable. The photos represented the property accurately. Plenty of hot water and the power of the shower was good. It's a village house which has been modernised with taste and is well equipped. The stems of lilac in vases placed around the house were a really nice touch, as were the individual toiletries offered. The village is not far from the motorway but far enough that it is extremely quiet.

We had a lovely stay at Domaine des Maillets. We stopped for 2 nights for a rest on our journey driving to Spain. It was perfect for us as a family of 5 as we could all stay in 1 room and it was really spacious. The room was spotlessly clean and the beds very comfortable.
The location is peaceful with lovely rural views. Our children loved the hot tub and games room and our youngest made friends with our host's sheep. There is also badminton and a selection of games in the room.
Breakfast was French style and a real treat with amazing home-made gateaux and crepes.
Our hosts were very friendly and helpful with excellent communication and lots of advice on places to visit.
The village has a bakery and small shop and is nice for an evening stroll. The surrounding countryside is pretty with some beautiful rivers and gorges.
We would definitely stay again next time we are heading South.
