Ingrid and Johan were very welcoming and helpful. The place is amazing with terraces, cabanas, ponds, pools, spas and animals: so much to explore and lovely places to sit and enjoy the frog chorus at night. The rooms are very nicely decorated and ours had a door straight on to the garden which was perfect for travelling with a pet. Although it has already been said in reviews before, the breakfast fruit bowl really is delicious.

The tranquillity of the location. It is on the side of a gentle hill with views onto distant hills. The room is furnished with an old fashioned wooden table with two matching chairs which reminded me of my grandmothers house. The bed is solid with modern mattress. The kitchenette is equipped with a modern twin induction hob and there is a convection microwave. No dishwasher, instead there is a fancy draining array to stack the cutlery, crockery and pans - fun to use. Plenty of hot gushing water in the shower and all the plumbing works just fine.
