Lovely newly built house. Very clean and quiet location. Beds were very comfortable and hard standing at the front to park your vehicle. Shutters on all windows for added security and instructions sent prior to arrival re entering property.

Hotel is well located for the beach and car ferry. Hotel room was functional and clean (although see below). This Hotel seems principally used for its Spa Facilities by a predominantly French client base (judging by car registrations in the Hotel Car Park).

The room was large...bed was comfy, the heating worked The beach is very close...only 10 minutes to the ferry in Ouistraham. The road was not noisy.
