super service, friendly staff and excellent accommodation. All staff were super nice. Breakfast was excellent and they gave us some presents as we left to continue our journey (water and a little local gift). The room (apartment) was huge, well-equipped and very "historical". We were really surprised (pleasantly) with the room.

Bed was quite big for 2 adults + 1 little kid, we had a great rest after full day in Disneyland. Host was very friendly and helpful - meet us in late night and helped with any from our questions. Very quite atmosphere.

We booked a double room and got exactly as booked. It faced the city, had lovely large windows which let in loads of light but also great curtains that blocked the light so you could sleep. It was lovely to have a kettle and a fridge and the bathroom was clean and a nice size. The hotel was well placed in the city and easy to access everything. The parking although separate was an easy walk and secure. Metz was a joy to visit and the hotel felt safe and welcoming.
