    Everything was perfect ! The hotel has so much to offer in terms of facilities, large beautiful bedrooms, pet friendly, pool, private cinema etc. However, the most impressive part of all is the attentiveness of the entire team. Everyone is so friendly, professional and very attentive in making sure each guest is well looked after. I went there to relax and I got exactly what I needed thanks to all the amazing staff. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone who is looking to have a relaxing holidays in a beautiful hotel.

    The hotel is conveniently located to approach the Geneva airport (20 min drive), which was an important criteria for us having to catch a 7am flight. The place looks like a nice ski resort accommodation and has a spacious restaurant on the elevated ground floor (we haven't had our dinner there as we were checking in quite late, but it looked quite nice). The room itself is of a good size (not too small), offering everything you need, there's also a nice balcony.

    The room was very clean, the staff was friendly and views were lovely. The hotel had ample parking and was conveniently located near CERN, Geneva, and Lake Geneva. On the first night we ate dinner at the hotel and also paid for the optional breakfast. The dinner was excellent. The breakfast was well stocked but with the exception of hard boiled eggs, all cold items.

    I was pleased by the outstanding experience with the hotel's comfortable and well-equipped rooms. The highlight is its cool spa center, where we can relax, especially with the option to book a private Nordic sauna. The staff members are attentive and contribute to a fantastic stay, making it an excellent choice for those seeking both luxury and comfort.

    Great little hotel with a view overlooking Geneva and Mont Blanc in the distance. The room was very nice and clean. Staff very friendly. The hotel restaurant gets quite crowdy in the evenings for a good reason. Everything we tried there was absolutely superb. If You stay there do not look for anywhere else to eat, otherwise youll be missing out.

    Amazing service. This is an expensive hotel but the staff were amazing particularly Mathew. The food was particularly good, the French restaurant food was great. View of the mountains and grounds are beautiful.
