Lovely staff, very comfortable bed, good bath, good food in the restaurant. We had a splendid piece de boeuf. The dining room has a fabulous tiled floor, spoiled by years of ingrained dirt.
In the end we left the hotel well rested but.....

The location was exceptional! Daisy and Jean-Pierre were excellent hosts and made us feel very welcome. The pool and views were superb.
The atmosphere was very relaxed and we thoroughly enjoyed the breakfasts each morning. Jean-Pierre brought us chilled French rose while we sat by the pool which was a lovely touch.
It was a pleasure to stay at las Caneres.

Surprisingly large apartment in old building at corner of village with views over the valley. Although the kitchen is quite small, the main room and bedroom are very ample and well furnished. Although there is no garden as such, there is a nice little outside area with a table and chairs. Charming and helpful host, and very good value for money.
