we couldn’t rate this property high enough or the amazing owners- Nathalie & Olivier . They went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect, on top of that they are lovely and genuine people !
The three rooms at the property are light and airy, the interior design and attention to detail by Nathalie is exceptional, a place you feel comfort & calmness.
The well equipped kitchenette allowed us to prepare meals and enjoy the beautiful secluded terrace after a busy day exploring.
Bicycles were also available to borrow at Maison Reces .
A delicious breakfast was prepared from local sources including breads croissants, jams , juice, not forgetting homemade Apple cake made by Olivier !
The pool and was immaculate and glistening with plenty of sun beds to enjoy the amazing views of the countryside.

The view from the room was really something special; from right across to the horizon and up and down the Lot. We watched a tremendous sunset. The room itself is pleasant enough! But you spend most of your time looking outside as opposed to around at the slightly basic interior. The dinner was very good indeed as was the breakfast. Genial host who is clearly a great character! The hotel is situated handily for both the low and high parts of this beautiful town and seems very convenient as a consequence.
