Overall, everything was great, a very modern hotel with a nice design. I want to give a special mention to the SitizenM staff, particularly the girl who assisted us with the check-in process. It was her first day on the job, and she was very polite and helpful. I wish her all the best in her new role. This was my first time staying at SitizenM, and I was very satisfied. I also appreciate the fact that the bar was open at night. This hotel is in front of La Defence Arena. And that was the reason why I chose it.

The breakfast was a wide variety, and you could practically choose whatever you liked. The location was in a quiet area. After addressing the staff, but only the next morning, the staff member on duty at that time reacted professionally, unlike the previous one, who, to put it mildly, had behaved inadequately.
