The rooms were spacious and came with beautiful big windows that fully opened to give us the optimum view. It was also very easy and straightforward to access other facilities such as Irons which were available at request, at the front desk.

I had no issues with the cleanliness of the place. Did not try the breakfast, as I preferred going out to diff places.
Location is right near the shopping street in Nice. lots of food places and cafés. a few minutes from the metro. very nice and safe, not noisy either.
