The hotel is the old primary school of the village and it is nicely converted into a cosy hotel. You can easily walk from the train station to the hotel and the beach, bar and restaurants are 15 minutes away on foot. Decent breakfast, providing enough for the energy to walk into Hondaribbia that afternoon. Good coffee!JelleSweden

Breakfast was a case of "less is more" because unlike many hotels, it didn't have a huge array of mass produced breakfast foods, but a choice selection of well thought out options, many of which were produced in-house, including the yoghurt (delicious) and jams/marmalades. Staff were always very pleasant and friendly.

The hotel was perfect, right near the bus stop to take us to other towns and a short walk from the rest of Guethary. The staff were helpful and so welcoming. Our room was a perfect size, it had heating, all the amenities we needed and a very comfortable bed. One morning we had the breakfast which was delicious.
