I arrived much later than I had hoped, traffic on the roads around Paris. So very sadly I was too late to have dinner but the charming hostess arranged for an omelette, a glass of wine (then a second !) and a dessert, very much appreciated at a late hour and after a long (700 km) drive. The room was plan but entirely functional and comfortable. It represented excellent value for money. I was perfectly content.

A real oasis with our room off a rustic courtyard behind locked, gated entry from the road. Quiet location and very welcoming owner.
Charming room with views over the adjacent river and options to have breakfast from roof terrace, courtyard or inside.
Our dog could be safely let off the lead in the courtyard and there was good walking into the village square and down to the river for him in the evening and morning.
As this was bed and breakfast and we arrived on Sunday the owner took pains to provide us with options on where to get food and eat in the village.
