Firstly, let me say without question that the staff were very hospitable and friendly and went out of their way to help.
Furthermore, the setting is superb and there is plenty of parking, so on paper this hotel ticked all our required boxes. We did not use the spa facilities so cannot comment.
However...
Situated in Phalsbourg, Le Hameau Des Sens has a garden. Free private parking is available and the hotel also features car hire for guests who want to explore the surrounding area.

Very friendly welcome. Lots of good local information. The room is simple, but was tidy and had enough space for two. The good breakfast was included in the price.

The location, the host. Everything was fine and we enjoyed our stay a lot! Could have easily been a 9 as well, but there also has to be some space to the top;) most importantly: I would come again. It was a very pleasant Stay!

Nice appartment with ample space and a large balcony where its was great to have breakfast. Quiet area with several hinking paths litterally passing the front door, and of course all relevant muts-see's are close or only a short drive away. The extensive bundle of informative brochures, leaflets and maps was very appreciated, we used several of them for our trips!
