Staff attention to details was good and the cleaning was impeccable. As a woman travelling alone, it felt very safe. The location was easy to access by car and the car park felt safe as well. However, it is not a very pretty area as it is a commercial/industrial zone with mainly daytime activity. The location has nothing to do with the quality of service of the hotel though.

The room and the hotel are nicely decorated, the food downstairs is tasty and of a great value for money. The hotel is very close to Nancy by car, and close to the motorway. The family room was perfect for our 1 night stay. The check-in and check-out times and the play area by the reception desk are also a plus.
