It’s good but showing its age a bit, the whole hotel accommodation could do with a redecoration. It’s comfortable, the rooms not cramped & the wifi is simple to access - none of the irritating log-ins that other hotels inflict on us. I worry that the duvets will be too hot in a couple of months time, I wish we could go back to sheets & blankets.
The restaurant is very good though, I enjoyed my supper f breakfast.

Great for an overnight stay on your way north or south.
Great for an overnight stay on your way north or south. Located near the motorway (audible from the bedroom). No airconditioning yet, so a little warm. Rooms are a little small, but they'll do for just a one night stay. Restaurants near the hotel were all closed due to staff shortages.

We booked for an overnight hotel, which was next to the toll, there are restaurants and supermarkets within 5 mins drive. The welcome from the receptionist was cold, the bedding was clean so that's a positive. We stayed at a Kyriad in Clermont-Ferrand on our drive to Spain - what a difference in standards!

The large double bed was comfortable but the bunks were terrible. No tea or coffee facilities in the room. Too hot. Very clean and well decorated but sparse. Toilet and shower very clean. No toiletries. Towels too small. Not enough pillows. Floor was a nightmare. Bouncy and creamy. Every time one of us needed to use the toilet we woke the others with the noisy floor.
Excellent breakfast but the toilet downstairs was closed which meant before we left we couldn’t use the facilities as we had handed in our key card.

This was an overnight stop. Close to motorway.
This was an overnight stop. Close to motorway. Town was closed due to covid 19 and it being Monday. Tried click and collect for evening meal but was offered very little. Drove about and discovered an excellent pizza takeaway , the Mystique , on the main road. Pizza was very good and the service good. Was able to sit in the hotel garden and eat it with a nice bottle of wine.

Staff very helpful and welcoming on arrival.
Staff very helpful and welcoming on arrival. Spoke very good English. Check in was quick and efficient. Room was neat and clean. A little hot it was on the bottom floor so was unable to open a window, however there was a fan but feel it would benefit residents having air conditioning. Breakfast was excellent. Lots of choice of fresh food. Would definitely stay again.

Great styling of the room, hallway and dining area. The room was exactly like the pictures, the bathroom looked really great. The hotel may look a little bit older on the outside, but quite modern on the inside The location in a small park provides quietness from the city and is also relaxing and pretty to look at. Free parking is a nice to have. Good enough breakfast (somehow the coffee was sweet without being able to change anything?), but it had a matching lower price as well. Friendly staff.
Comparing with other highway hotels - the rooms (though old style) are well maintained & are more spacious than others I have experienced.
Convenient location nearby the highway for an overnight stay for your road trip journey. Car park available.
We informed that that we have dog accompanying and a ground floor room might be more convenient - they confirmed dogs allowed + arranged for a ground floor room.
The hotel is beautifully located and all the facilities are nice and clean. The room was very pleasant, the bed was nice and breakfast was very good. The staff went above and beyond to help us when our car broke down and we needed to store all our luggage. We were extremely happy and thankful for all the help they offered. These people are amazing.
Firstly the staff could not be any more welcoming or helpful, the hotel was lovely inside and had suitable grounds for taking our dog for a walk, I highly recommend this hotel if you have a dog, there is no onsite restaurant at night, but the owner gave us a discount coupon for a restaurant nearby that welcomed dogs and had great food.
Position - perfect as we head south.
Very well refurbished hotel. Good breakfast. Restaurants within easy walking distance. Lovely calm quiet situation overlooking the Loire. Aircon!! We have been coming to this hotel as a regular overnight stop for several years.
The hotel is located close to the on and off ramps of the motorway, so very convenient for travel. Plenty of parking as well. Rooms were located next to each other as requested and were sufficiently provionerd with towels and bedding. Great shower.
A very nice hotel in the quiet area next to the river. We arrived after midnight so the hotel staff left the instructions to us for a smooth check-in. Free parking is a plus. The location is also nice for jogging along the river.
Very good communication with staff prior to booking. Accommodated our dogs comfortably in disabled facility room. Hotel is a little tired now but renovations are taking place. Great location for motorway stop over
Excellent location, within one minute of autoroute, some good food options within walking distance. Breakfast was fine but not to the excellent standards of some French budget hotels.
The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was basic but adequate considering the price. The receptionist was friendly, helpful, and a credit to the hotel.
