We booked a spacious apartment upstairs with a terrasse outside. Chantal is a fabulous host, she is very attentive and does everything to personalize your stay and to accommodate your preferences. Breakfast was copious and homemade. She also volunteered great recommendations for hikes and must sees in Metz. Thank you so much! We hope to come again. We booked a double room and got exactly as booked. It faced the city, had lovely large windows which let in loads of light but also great curtains that blocked the light so you could sleep. It was lovely to have a kettle and a fridge and the bathroom was clean and a nice size. The hotel was well placed in the city and easy to access everything. The parking although separate was an easy walk and secure. Metz was a joy to visit and the hotel felt safe and welcoming.
