The room was pleasant, the bathroom had been refitted and was excellent, modern and clean. Wi-Fi was very good and on site parking was just what we needed.
Breakfast (extra cost, but great value) was continental, plenty to eat, and served by the owner. We enjoyed it all.
Am extra note - there were no local restaurants to walk to on a Sunday night. We visited the burger van, 15 burgers, a 5 minute walk away from the hotel. This was also excellent and I can recommend.

Fantastic experience, from beginning to end. Anthony was easy to contact and met us outside as we arrived. We were given a warm welcome and shown where to park and into our room.
The room was beautifully decorated, with a big, comfortable double bed. The bathroom was sensational.
We were here during the June 2019 heatwave, so decided not to use the hot tub, however, it is in a great position and well worth using during any other time.
Breakfast was excellent, simple and natural. Fresh pastry and bread with local jams, honey and yogurt, all laid out on the raised deck behind the room. This lets you enjoy the beautiful scenery.
The host, Anthony, was very attentive and made sure we were comfortable during the blistering heat, providing chilled water, a cool bag for our food and freezing our water for us. He was a great source of information on the local area, and clearly loves imparting his knowledge of what to do in the region. We went swimming in a little waterfall he recommended to cool off during the day.
The family dog, Nino, is also a great aspect of the B&B. Very well behaved and always up for an evening walk around the village.
Overall, this is one of the best B&B experiences we have had and we wouldn't hesitate to go back. Anthony and his family are very nice people and live in a beautiful village surrounded by amazing nature. If you go make sure to take the short hike to the velodrome.
