Hotel very clean throughout (although note no housekeeping on a Sunday). Tea making facilities in room. Safe in room. Bed was comfy and linen good quality. Decent sized bathroom (we stayed in 43). Good sized balcony. Not the best view but nice to have some outside space. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast choice good and plentiful in a nice breakfast area.
