Madame Nicole was very welcoming and very helpful despite the language divide. Her home was beautiful in a very French manner. She booked our meal in a local restaurant - excellent and breakfast was lovely too, lovely bread, croissant and jams It was a lovely stopover on a long journey south, very relaxing, would definitely recommend

A quiet hotel on the edge of town, great for us as a transit stop. The restaurant food was a bit limited, but excellent. The room was absolutely fine, and the staff were friendly. We arrived early enough for me to head off to the beach at Plage des Conches for a quick dip!

Mixed feelings...we arrived exactly at the time we said. It was very dark and no one to welcome us. After 10 mins walking around in the cold and dark My husband had to squeeze through a locked gate to find someone The room was very very dated. The furniture is shabby. Wifi not good. Bed was not good for us. I understand this is an old property but we've since stayed in a similar old property but had been updated. On a positive the breakfast was superb. The grounds spectacular but sadly just not for us.
