Convenient and quiet location, not far from big commercial area and restaurants, on the ourskirts of Bergerac. Easy to reach, very good as a starting point for road trips in the region. Rudelle was handed over to us by Christophe. It was the only time we saw Christophe and tried to find him to thank him when we left but he was presumably busy with the grape harvest.
The house was immaculately clean and had everything you could possibly need. There were so many extra little touches including a lovely welcome pack (the wine from the vineyard was delicious).
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the middle of the vineyards. Unfortunately we couldn't control the occasional rain showers although we were able to enjoy the sun at other times sitting out in the garden watching the sun go down several evenings and eating outside was lovely. There honestly wasn't anything we didn't like.
We highly recommend booking Rudelle. We will always remember our stay there!
