Food first - small menu beautifully cooked...Big tick. Maron the front of house/chef elevates the restaurant from good to great fun due to her friendly bubbly personality. Thank goodness the boss speaks English and made us very welcome as unfortunately the language barrier did make our stay confusing although the young ladies were all very helpful when they knew what we were asking for Thank goodness for Google translator! Our little dog was made welcome and allowed to accompany us to the restaurant. Parking is easy and private. Location of hotel is in a pretty, small town/large village easily accessible by car to a large shopping centre, a massive Intermarche.

Superb the photos on the booking.com website do not do it justice, we had the "home sweet home" room/suite and this was above our expectations. Very friendly welcome and nothing was too much trouble, evening meal was excellent and the breakfast was spot on, it is buffet as you would expect.

Very clean, free parking, countryside location, beautiful garden, free wifi, good breakfast, large screen tv and very kind and friendly hosts. The lady of the house volunteered for me to take unused bread from the breakfast but I later discovered she had actually made me a pack up with cheese and fruit and cake.

Small chalet but with everything you need in a large garden, kids were happy as it had a kids play area and few farm animals as well, free parking available. You must bring charcoal if you want to bbq, very nice calm and quiet environment for a family time. We enjoyed it. Note : Host informed us that there is an unfenced large pond within the garden, please keep an eye on your kids.

My daughter's family, travelling separately to my wife and I, were involved in a traffic incident - fortunately all parties appeared to be okay at the time - which meant that we had to unexpectedly take our grandchildren with us so that they could sort out their vehicle, which could not be driven, and manage their onward journey without the added stress of young children. We arrived at this property with out additional two guests (aged six and one-and-a-half). The hosts were incredibly supportive and helpful and whilst our stay wasn't as we had expected it was managed so well and without fuss that I cannot express our appreciation and gratitude sufficiently. Other than the above, the location was lovely, in the village of Cormeilles, and we had a nice dinner at a lovely restaurant. The property was delightful, our room was perfect and the breakfast delicious. Thank you so much.

Thé cabin is exceptional value for money in one of the most beautiful settings we’ve been lucky enough to stay in. Watching the sunset from the terrace listening to the owls call to each other was magical. The heated blanket in the huge comfy bed will change you. The facilities are modern for such a rural spot. Christine is a wonderful hostess who delivered a huge delicious breakfast every day with a smile. There is a part of the plot that is secure so we could let our parson russell terrier roam around without worry. The perfect retreat and we hope to come again!
